With its integrated fiber laser, it enables the marking of almost all materials, such as steel, hard metal, aluminum, and plastics. Depending on requirements, the system can be equipped with a 20, 30, or 50 Watt fiber laser. Laser technology has become indispensable for permanent marking in many industries. The powerful laser software allows you to easily create texts, numbers, 2D codes, QR codes, and logos with just a few clicks—no extensive programming knowledge required. The software can automatically increment serial and article numbers after prior configuration. Furthermore, it can read data (variable information such as drawing numbers, project names, etc.) from existing tables and automatically transfer it into predefined fields. The use of a handheld scanner is also supported. Standard equipment includes an integrated PC with Windows operating system and laser software. Optionally, the LAS 28 XLe can be fitted with a rotary axis (3-jaw chuck) for marking cylindrical parts. Additional options, such as lateral arms for marking long parts, movable Z-axis, drawer systems, etc., are available.
