MASTERCUT waterjet cutting systems are the perfect all-rounders for advanced cutting tasks. MasterCut waterjet systems make it possible to perform three-axis 3D cuts or complex 2D cuts. The systems operate resource-efficiently and are characterized by extremely low power, water, and air consumption.

All structural components and fasteners are made of wear-resistant stainless steel or aluminum. The system features a flat base and smooth side walls with concealed linear guides (without bellows) and an integrated high-pressure pipe running along the axes. The fully digital drive consists of a brushless AC servo motor with multi-axis NUM or Eckelmann CNC control. The accompanying software runs on MS Windows and only requires a standard PC.

The automatic workpiece sensing and collision protection ensure safe operation. STM waterjet cutting systems can mark as standard, and the use of a position laser allows for easy setup of the workpiece.

SmartCut Cutting Software
The user-friendly SmartCut waterjet cutting software can be adapted to individual requirements via modular extensions. All parameters can be intuitively set within the graphical user interface, and DXF files can be imported directly.

Best Operating Convenience
STM waterjet cutting systems are accessible from three sides. Control is via a standard Windows PC, and additional features such as manual hand control offer maximum operator convenience.
