Chassis light version
In aluminum (15-6-12)
Two fully-automatically welded I-section longitudinal beams with welded cross members. Chassis width approx. 1,600 mm. Axles and suspension: 430 mm disc brakes, "Off Road Version." SAF-Intradisc axle assemblies 3 x 9 t with SAF air suspension, air bellows centrally arranged along the longitudinal chassis beams, 1st axle liftable with starting aid and manual forced lowering, Smart Board info center, raising-lowering valve.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with 385/65 R 22.5 tyres approx. 50% tread remaining, with Alcoa aluminum rims "satin" 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120, UNI-wheel bolts for aluminum rims.

Landing Legs
Mechanical version with single-side operation, 2-speed with swing foot for air suspension, 2x20t (ton) static load.

Brake System
According to E.G. standard, dual line Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles and Wabco EBS-E incl. RSS (Roll Stability System), Wabco Smart Board info center, aluminum air tank system.

Electrical System
In accordance with StVZO regulations with 2 five-chamber lights, type Aspöck Ecopoint 2, 24 Volt system with 2x7-pin and 1x15-pin sockets, with side marker lights, 2 separate LED reversing lights at the rear, 2 separate LED work lights on the landing legs. All air and electrical lines neatly routed in plastic tubing!

Tipping Body / Tipper Body, fully welded inside
Aluminum tipper body, side walls 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded; floor 8 mm thick wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110), front wall 4 mm reinforced in straight design, rear wall as double-wing door in straight design with 2 wing doors in 2/3-1/3 division with a grain chute. Rear hoop in aluminum, pivoting, two hold-down devices with rubber buffers on the tipper body fixed to the front wall frame.

Hydraulic System: tipping cylinder with "cardan" mount,
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall with an operating pressure of 150 bar, brand Edbro, with approx. 2.5m hydraulic hose and loose 1" connection half, tipping angle approx. 48 degrees.

Accessories
6 Parlok mudguards, complete spray flaps across the full vehicle width mounted on side protection, ALU spare wheel holder, right-hand side underrun protection, foldable, large tool box type 860, approx. 3 m aluminum ladder, 3 central aluminum swing hoops raised approx. 150 mm, roll tarp with central translucent strip and separate reinforcements in wear areas in approx. 660 g/m2 quality with roll tarp system, continuous elastic rope at the rear edge of the tarp with two tension hooks to fix to the rear swing frame, catwalk on the tipper body with access on the left, tarp closure on the side with tension belts, tarp closure on the rear with welded-in elastic rope to prevent water ingress, robust foldable underrun protection in aluminum with two towing eyes on left and right incl. retaining pins, 2 "Clear-Pass" mud flaps on the mudguards according to EU standard, etc.
