The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automatic vertical lift module designed for efficient storage and order picking of small parts based on the goods-to-person principle. It is distinguished by its high storage density and ergonomic operation.

Features and Benefits
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically delivers the requested tray to the access opening, significantly reducing walking distances for personnel.

Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of stored items and dynamically optimizes tray positions, resulting in extremely high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various heights, ensuring ergonomic picking. Optionally, the tray’s reach depth can be further reduced, lowering operator strain.

Software integration: The lift is equipped with standard PLC control and can be interfaced with customer WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP). SSI Schäfer’s own WAMAS® Logimat software solution is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical rack-and-pinion drives, providing robust, precise, and low-maintenance vertical tray transport, even with off-center loads.
