SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL Storage Lift

The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automatic vertical storage lift designed for efficient storage and order picking of small parts according to the goods-to-person principle. It is characterized by high storage density and ergonomic operator convenience.

Features and Advantages:
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of stored items and dynamically optimizes storage height, resulting in extremely high storage density on minimal floor space.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various height levels for ergonomic item retrieval. Optionally, the reach depth into the tray can be further reduced to lower operator strain.

Software integration: The storage lift is equipped with a standard PLC control and can be integrated into customer WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP) via interfaces. The in-house software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical-geared racks, ensuring robust, precise, and insensitive vertical tray transport—even with off-center loads.
