They are specially designed for mobility, allowing for easy transport and deployment at different construction sites. The booth is typically equipped with a ventilation system to ensure air quality, lighting, and a filtration system that prevents overspray from escaping.

The ventilation system ensures that fumes and particles released during painting remain contained within the booth, so there is no risk to the surrounding environment.

Design and Features Overview
Our mobile 20-foot Sapi paint containers are made from a robust steel frame with welded wall and ceiling panels. Inside, we can add special equipment such as cranes or lifting devices. The floor is made of checker plate. Both door leaves are fitted with ventilation grilles covered with fine-pore filter mats. For safety reasons, one leaf is designed as an emergency exit and features a viewing window. It is also important to note that these are not simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all of our containers from scratch, using only the most durable materials that meet the required standards and have been tested and proven for safety. Standard shipping containers would not meet the required safety standards.

Paint Extraction System in the Mobile Paint Container
The overspray extraction wall for paint mist separation is located in front of the rear wall and is equipped with multilayer filter mats. The extraction wall consists of a galvanized housing, edged with baffle plates, including various suspension and mounting elements for installing the filters. On the outside of the container's rear wall, a powerful explosion-proof extraction fan with a drive motor is mounted on a console.

Whether dry separation or wet scrubbing of overspray, air humidification or air drying, condensation drying at low temperatures or hot air drying, or pretreatment of workpieces by high-pressure washing with a water recirculation system, compressed air blasting, or wheel blasting—our system offers the right solution.
