For sale is a Z4 centrifugal finishing machine / vibratory finishing system for surface processing of workpieces.

The machine is suitable for deburring, edge rounding, cleaning, smoothing, polishing, and ball polishing of small to medium-sized workpieces. Thanks to centrifugal technology, it enables intensive processing with short cycle times. The system is particularly suitable for series production, metalworking, stamped parts, turned parts, milled parts, and small precision components.

The unit is offered complete with pneumatic system and control cabinet. The Z4 features an integrated separation unit for separating workpieces and media, as well as stepless speed adjustment of the rotating plate via frequency inverter.
