This solution allows our machines to efficiently separate material into three fractions – fine, medium, and coarse – increasing the precision and effectiveness of screening. This innovation makes our screeners ideal for applications requiring detailed material separation.

We offer four drive options:
1. Electric motor with a total installed power of 8.1 kW.
2. PTO drive from a tractor.
3. Three-cylinder diesel engine, 19 HP Yanmar, liquid-cooled.

Mobile screener specification:
• Outer drum diameter: 1.3 m, drum screen length: 2 m.
• Inner drum.
• Feed hopper with belt bin, hopper grid dimensions: 3 m x 1.4 m.
• Horizontal belt conveyor under the drum – 1 unit (0.8 m x 1.5 m).
• Cylinder brush for drum cleaning.
• Variator for smooth control of the feeder in the loading hopper.
• Wheels and lighting.
• The screener is not road-homologated and can be transported behind a slow-moving vehicle, such as an agricultural tractor. For an additional fee, we can mount the screener on a trailer with homologation capability.
