A comprehensive range for bearings up to 1200 kg, 20KVA

SKF's TIH L series induction heaters are characterized by high heating output and large dimensions. They extend the TIH series, making it possible to heat up larger bearings. All heaters come equipped with sliding yokes, dual induction coils, and state-of-the-art power electronics. The robust frame design allows easy transportation by forklift. The main differences within the TIH L series are heating capacity and application range.

Power control enables precise adjustment of the temperature increase rate.
With a power requirement of 20 kVA, TIH L series devices are capable of heating even large bearings with a maximum weight of 1,200 kg.
Automatic demagnetization minimizes contamination risk from metallic residues or abrasion after heating.

Overheat protection reduces the risk of damage to the induction coils and electronics, increasing both reliability and safety.
