System for Drawing Oil Preparation for Tube Manufacturing

The system is designed for the optimal preparation of undrawn tubes for the subsequent drawing process. During this process, the tubes are evenly treated in drawing oil baths, ensuring homogeneous wetting of the surface.

The drawing oil bath provides uniform lubrication, which reduces frictional resistance during drawing, improves surface quality, and extends the service life of the tools. The system is engineered to ensure continuous material flow as well as constant bath temperature and quality. Thus, it represents a crucial process step in tube manufacturing and significantly contributes to the quality and efficiency of production.
