Automatic screen printing machine for crate printing
Electropneumatically controlled screen printing machine for flatbed printing, featuring microprocessor control and touchscreen display for setting required parameters. Equipped with infeed, loading and unloading stations, pneumatically adjustable squeegee and flood bar pressure via manometer, pneumatic squeegee switching, quick-release squeegee system. Squeegee stroke, squeegee pressure, and flood bar are adjustable. In setup mode, print movements can be adjusted individually.
Flatbed printing machine with 2 printing stations and servo-driven turning unit for beverage crates, including crate holders. Crates are rotated 180° per station, allowing four-sided printing. Machine with parallel lifting upper frame, print area approx. 400 x 600 mm, with motorized squeegee movement and XY adjustment for the screen stencil. Includes safety devices. Requires 6 bar compressed air connection, supply voltage: 230V, 50 Hz.
