Fully automatic printing tower for 4-sided printing of beverage crates

Electropneumatically controlled, fully automatic screen printing machine for circumferential printing, equipped with a microprocessor controller. The system includes an infeed, print and ejection station. Squeegee pressure is adjustable via a manometer, and pneumatic squeegee switching is available. The quick-change squeegee system allows for easy adjustment of squeegee travel and pressure. In setup mode, printing movements can be set individually.

In a single print operation, all four sides of a crate can be printed simultaneously in different colors and designs. With an output of up to 800 crates per hour, the system delivers high productivity thanks to precise reproducibility.

Special peristaltic pumps apply ink evenly onto the horizontally positioned screen printing stencils, ensuring uniform decoration on each side of the crate.

The screens can be changed within a few minutes, minimizing downtime.

Thanks to the multifunctional system of the printing tower, both logos and colors can be changed in a very short time, resulting in minimal setup times.

A modern electronic control system with display provides the necessary process management and assists with troubleshooting. The step-by-step operating mode displays printer status during automatic production or when being set up by the operator.
