2.1 Intended Use
The RFID read/write device RFU630-041xx is an intelligent 4Dpro sensor from the RFU6xx (UHF) product family. Version (operating range): Long Range.
The stationary device automatically identifies radio-based data carriers (transponders) on moving or stationary objects. It also supports the management of data carriers.
The compact read/write device, via up to 4 external antennas, processes data from all common passive transponders in accordance with ISO/IEC 18000-6C and EPCglobal UHFC1G2 in the regional UHF carrier frequency range. The device does not include an integrated (internal) antenna.
Intelligent process logic enables standalone operation or networked group operation. The device transmits reading results via its host interface to a higher-level computer, which coordinates further data processing.
Via its host interface, the device receives relevant commands for managing data carriers (write, read, etc.).
