Consistent Tolerances and Superior Surface Finish

The RS65 line integrates a strip washing tunnel and an in-line cold rolling unit (Carl Wetzel KG) with Vollmer thickness control, ensuring precise strip processing (reduction 0.03 to 0.3 mm).

The ABBEY ETNA forming section features motorized breakdown stands, finpass, a 250 kW HF welder, complete internal bead removal, triple external bead scarfing, and a 6-stand sizing section with individual drive motors.

The Prüftechnik Eddycheck 610 eddy current inspection system, combined with demagnetization, automatic defect marking, anti-corrosion oiling, and the MAIR automatic magnetic packaging system, ensures a final product ready for delivery.

SEUTHE TS90 flying saw with OPTRONIC linear CNC control and anti-marking clamping jaws, rated for production speeds up to 100 m/min.
