The Scantool 100 RSX is the ideal tube grinding machine for all types of pipes and profiles. It simplifies welding and ensures an improved finish.
The Scantool 100 RSX was designed with serial production in mind, where precision and clean work are demanded.
Applications include the production of railings, frames, go-karts, wire containers, wheelchairs, ship fittings, handrails, gates, doors, furniture frames, as well as stainless steel tube and profile work for the food industry, and much more.
The Scantool 100 RSX can grind tubes and profiles of any material from Ø 21 to 76 mm.

Integrated Powerful Extraction System
The Scantool 100 RSX features a powerful integrated extraction unit that removes a large portion of the grinding dust from the belt.
When the Scantool 100S dust collector is placed directly behind the grinding machine, it provides the best dust collection solution. The Scantool Cyclone 100S is available as an option.
