With our UST-100, your coolant-lubricant is produced automatically and constantly monitored, allowing you and your staff to focus on what matters most.

Connected to a drum of concentrate and the water supply line, our specialized mixing process creates an emulsion that is delivered directly into your machine tanks via the supply line.

Our sensors continuously monitor concentration, pH value, temperature, and fluid level in the machine tank, ensuring you are always informed about the condition of your coolant-lubricant.

REQUIRED CONNECTIONS:
- 1/2" cold water, 5 bar
- 230V Schuko power socket
- 10mm OD compressed air, 3 bar

OPTIONAL CONNECTIONS:
- Wifi for digital measurement logs and live monitoring outside production areas

EXPANDABLE:
- Additional tanks can be connected at any time, up to a maximum of 20 tanks
