RWT Deburring Machine – Possible Configuration
Four-Station Machine:
1. Deburring with contact roller sanding belt
2. Cup brush for oxide layer or slag removal
3. Cup brush for edge rounding
4. Finish grinding with contact roller
The BSM series machines can be equipped with the following work units:
Sanding unit with sanding belt (R) – removes burrs protruding from the material surface, removes scale and corrosion from the surface
Planetary disc brush unit (D) – rounds edges, creates radii, and removes oxide layer on the sides after laser cutting
Rotary unit (A) with flap brushes – deburring and edge rounding without removing protective film, surface unification
Abrasive fleece brush unit (B) – cleans and polishes the surface material before further processing
These deburring machines are used for the following tasks:
Deburring parts after laser cutting – deburring edges, removing oxide, and surface finishing
Deburring parts after plasma cutting – slag removal, rust removal, removal of material overflows, edge rounding, and surface finishing
Deburring parts after punching – removal of sharp edges, edge rounding, and final surface finishing
Deburring parts after waterjet cutting – deburring and edge rounding, removing traces from waterjet cutting, and surface finishing
Deburring film-coated stainless steel parts – deburring and edge rounding without removing the protective film
