It is ideal as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for engraving, laser marking, drilling, keyway cutting, milling, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine. Square, hexagonal, gear milling of any division, or 3D machining operations are all possible.

Precision worm gear with a reduction ratio of 100:1.
Output torque well above 25 Nm.
Drive is provided by a controlled stepper motor with 1.8-degree steps, 3.2A, and a holding torque of 1.2 Nm.
The worm and worm gear are manufactured in-house, guaranteeing the highest adjustment precision. The pair is mounted on four ball bearings, backlash-free, and can be readjusted.
The one-piece, stable output spindle is equipped with a faceplate d=108 mm with internal Morse taper 1 and a through hole of 10.3 mm (optional M12 internal thread).
The electronic control unit, a handy module with 14 travel programs and 2 reference moves as well as step monitoring and power supply, is included in the package.

Optimized pre-programming with 360 (for milling), 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 36, 30, 20, 10, 5, 1, and 0.02-degree incremental cycles. CW and CCW rotation, cycle pauses, and more are freely programmable.

With the software you can:
- Create travel programs and cycles
- Set absolute or incremental movement values
- Check the actual position of the rotary axis at any time via software
- Receive start impulses from your NC machine via output
Complex divisions, cross-drillings, or gears can be produced quickly.
Additionally, with a start signal, you can now execute multiple different rotation angles in sequence—e.g. incrementally 30°, then 3°, then 90°, then 1.45°, with or without pauses, or return in reverse.

Ideal for Hermle, Chiron, DMG Mori, Maho, Deckel FP1, G1, Jung, Mikron or Gravograph.
NEW: As an additional option, all 16 operating steps, as well as start and reference commands, can now be externally controlled by your NC controller through M-functions.
