The Roland Texart XT-640S-DTG is an industrial multi-station direct-to-garment printer, specifically engineered for the mass production of individualized apparel.

Multi-station printing: Print up to 12 garments simultaneously (using 200 x 260 mm templates), or 8 larger garments (300 x 400 mm), or 4 extra-large garments (390 x 490 mm).

High-speed production: Achieve output rates of up to 450 T-shirts per hour (CMYK, 200×260mm template, production mode) or 225 T-shirts per hour (quality mode).

Versatility: The movable base plate and attachable templates allow you to print different garment sizes in one production run, ranging from children's sizes up to XXXL.

We purchased the machine new from an official Roland service center in Hungary. Commissioning only commenced in January 2022, as we were unable to fully utilize the printer’s capacity. About 3/4 years ago, the ink was professionally drained by a service technician, and it is currently out of operation.
