VLM stands for an innovative, flexible marking software used with Rofin laser systems. VLM follows the WYSIWYG principle and provides the flexibility of a powerful yet easy-to-use software package.

With VLM, it is possible to apply a wide variety of markings such as matrix codes, barcodes, and serial numbers. Depending on the material, even the smallest markings are possible. The innovative software ensures reliable marking of both flat and curved surfaces, and on-the-fly applications are also supported.

For layout import, common formats such as DXF are supported, as well as PDF optionally.

CombiLine Basic (V2):
The CombiLine Basic is a user-friendly system of laser class 1 (per EN 60825-1), which, through the extensive use of preconfigured functional modules, enables optimal adaptation to customer-specific requirements.

The frame contains all control components and functional elements. An aluminum plate with a standard hole pattern serves as the basis for accommodating standardized or customer-specific workpiece holders.
The fully automatic, electrically operated door enables loading and unloading of workpieces. The large viewing window provides continuous monitoring of the processing area.

A programmable Z-axis, including control and motor, is included as standard for vertical focus adjustment. This adjustment is performed automatically to match the marking program specifications.
