Equipped with two automation units – a loading and an unloading unit – the LaserFLEX enables the decoupling of the feeding process for a laser cutting system.
After the cutting process, a fork unit lifts the processed metal sheet from the shuttle table. Simultaneously, a new sheet is transported from the connected storage by a vacuum unit. As soon as the sheet is positioned next to the laser system, the unloading unit loads the machine with the workpiece. This entire process takes only one minute. With LaserFLEX, downtime of integrated laser cutting machines is virtually eliminated, as even high-speed laser machines are optimally supported.
