Manufacturer’s description:
Equipped with two automation units—one for loading and one for unloading—the LaserFLEX allows for decoupled feeding of a laser cutting system.
After the cutting process, a fork unit lifts the processed metal sheet from the changeover table. Simultaneously, a new sheet is transported from the connected storage via a vacuum unit. As soon as the plate is positioned next to the laser cell, the system is loaded with the workpiece by the unloader. This entire process takes only one minute. With the LaserFLEX, downtime of integrated laser cutting systems is virtually eliminated, as even high-speed lasers are optimally supported.
