Aprašymas
The REMAV drum screening machine RS1500 is designed for space-saving screening and can separate larger quantities of material, even where space is limited, depositing them via conveyor belts or stockpiling them.
Configured as a road-approved trailer for passenger cars (up to 80 km/h) and TÜV-certified, it is easy to transport with a total weight of 2.4 tons. Whether for processing all types of soil, crushed demolition material, or compost—the RS1500 is ideal for use in landscaping, civil engineering, or pipeline construction!
With the RS1500 recycling screen, you get a compact drum screen that requires very little space, yet can separate large amounts of screened material. The major advantage is that you can transport the drum screen by road as a TÜV-certified trailer at speeds of up to 80 km/h and, by purchasing this drum screen, you remain extremely flexible regarding the deployment location.
This is particularly advantageous for operations in civil engineering, pipeline construction, as well as landscaping. The compact drum screen weighs only 2.4 tons. For challenging soils, we recommend the compact screens KS220 and KS275.
With a total weight of 3.5 tons, these can also be easily transported to your construction sites just like the smaller drum screen. Using the hydraulic tipping grid, large stones or clay lumps can be sorted out right at the start of the process. Furthermore, with suitable mesh sizes, you can even screen fine chippings. This makes it invaluable for topsoil processing and concrete recycling, allowing you to significantly reduce landfill costs when you purchase a drum screen.
Quickly deployed at the jobsite, mobile compact screening plants can rapidly, effortlessly, and—most importantly—efficiently turn large quantities of debris or topsoil into real money. Typically, compact screening plants can quickly process construction rubble, humus, crushed stone, gravel, demolition waste, and even wood chips.
Key for the user: a mobile compact screening plant is suitable for short-term use on private job sites, and equally capable for continuous operation on large commercial projects. Another important advantage is the maneuverability of compact screening plants. Thanks to road approval for operation up to 80 km/h, the unit can be conveniently towed to the next jobsite by a standard car or passenger vehicle with a towing capacity of 2.5 tons, just like a typical trailer. This saves tipping and landfill costs, as well as time and expenses for material transport and loading.
What materials can be processed in a mobile compact screening plant?
While mobile compact screening plants are relatively small, they are capable of processing a wide range of materials. For example, topsoil, humus, crushed stone, and gravel can all be fed into the screening plant without any issues. The mobile compact screening plant also handles crushed demolition waste and wood chips without difficulty.
Mini excavators, mobile excavators, crawler excavators, compact excavators, and short-tail excavators—these small, agile machines are known by many names. They are frequently used by private individuals for garden renovations when shovels and spades aren’t enough, or on small earthworks or landscaping projects. In addition, they have long been an integral part of the fleets of major construction companies as indispensable construction machinery.
