Dadurch wird nicht nur ein äußerst präziser Drahtvorschub selbst bei niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten ermöglicht, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, die Rückzugsstrecke des Drahtes in „mm“ einzustellen. Nachdem das Material abgekühlt ist, kann der Draht erneut vorgeschoben werden (kleinste Schrittweite 0,1 mm). Gerade beim Laserschweißen ist dies ein entscheidender Vorteil gegenüber Drahtvorschüben aus Fernost. Dort wird das Rückziehen und Vorschieben des Drahtes lediglich zeitgesteuert, was dazu führt, dass die Spitze des Schweißdrahtes nie exakt an die Stelle zurückkehrt, wo der Rückzug begonnen hat. The ZRS series is specifically designed for the size reduction of pipes with diameters up to 1,300 mm made from various materials such as PE, PP, and PVC. At the core are rotors with diameters up to 1,500 mm, which can be equipped with up to 206 cutting crowns and gently shred the material at low rotational speeds. The pipe is inserted into a closed feed trough, where it is pressed against the rotor by a hydraulic pusher. The pre-shredded material is then conveyed by the shredder via a conveyor belt to a granulator. The granulator further processes the material into directly re-usable regrind. The entire system is operated automatically via a central control unit.
