The REA JET HR printer is the most innovative high-resolution marking system for industrial applications.

Controller

The controller is the central component of the REA JET HR printer. Built to high standards, with a robust stainless steel housing and IP65 protection.

The controller ensures:
• Connection to REA JET HR printheads
• Functions as the central operating unit
• Communication interfaces: USB, RS232, Ethernet
• Operation, configuration, and data transfer from existing systems
• Ink level indicator and display of key printing parameters

Marking Printhead

Intelligent printhead with memory. The smart design offers tangible benefits:
• Compact size – only 176 mm long
• Simple and convenient cascading of printheads
• Reliable cartridge exchange process via locking lever (automatic power cut-off)
• Integrated product sensor
• Well-engineered mounting options
• Printhead can be installed on a special parallelogram support to maintain optimal contact with the product
• Information upload/download to the controller (ink level and print parameters)

Cartridge

REA JET offers over 100 types of ink in HP-TIJ cartridges. Key advantages include:

• Every cartridge is equipped with a microchip.
• The chip provides several important benefits—not only monitoring ink levels and print parameters, but also offering numerous features for improved daily usability. It ensures a high level of reliability and steady print quality.
• When the cartridge is changed (e.g., for a new product type), most information is stored and automatically retrieved when the cartridge is reused, including the remaining print capacity, preventing ink loss.
