CW fiber laser with 750 watts as a stand-alone system or for integration into machines and production lines.

This water-cooled laser is particularly suitable for applications requiring high thermal input into the workpiece due to its high output power. This includes, for example, welding of metals or plastics, cutting, material removal, or structuring. By optionally using a 2D galvo scanner, the laser beam can also be software-controlled across the workpiece. The laser can be modulated digitally and analogically (power control) and can also be operated and monitored via control software.
The images show a configuration with a galvo scanner. Alternatively, the system can also be equipped with a welding or cutting head. By installing side panels and a front door with a laser safety window (all included), Laser Class 1 can also be achieved. The working area features an electrically adjustable Z-axis for height adjustment.

The laser system is pre-configured for integration into a master system, but can also be used as a stand-alone unit. For integration purposes, interfaces for interlock, emergency stop, external laser control, etc. are available. Optionally, individual components of the system can also be integrated by the customer into their own system. We are happy to support our customers according to their requirements and agreement.
