Aprašymas

The used QUASER MV 184 C 4-axis vertical machining center is a medium-sized, CNC vertical machining center with a cast iron structure and roller-type linear guides for the table. Travels: X 1020 mm, Y 610 mm, Z 610 mm. Table size: 1200×600 mm with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg. Equipped with a continuous 4th axis TJR HR 255N rotary table, corresponding tailstock, and a milled table with T-slots.

Spindle: ISO-40 (DIN 69871) at 10,000 rpm (max 18 kW), cooled by dedicated chiller, high-pressure through-spindle coolant, 30-position random tool changer with exchange arm, RENISHAW TS 27 tool presetting, wireless RENISHAW workpiece probe, and hinged belt chip conveyor.

Year of manufacture: June 2017 (installed 2018), fitted with FANUC MILL I CNC with color LCD, Manual Guide i with remote handwheel, USB port, RS 232 serial, memory card slot, and FILTERMIST mist extractor for operational fumes.
