Offered here are two fully functional SLC (Surface Like Chrome) vacuum coating/deposition systems from PVT GmbH.
A third non-functional system is no longer for sale.
System documentation is available in hard copy and will be handed over upon purchase.

For operation, the buyer is responsible for providing compressed air supply, electrical supply, and water cooling.

All other PVT processes are, of course, also possible with these systems.

The systems were mainly used for the treatment of wheels/rims. The coating of other workpieces made of aluminum, steel, or plastic is possible, e.g., bathroom or kitchen fittings, motorcycle and automotive components, door and window handles, etc.

What are the advantages of the SLC process compared to chrome plating:
- SLC coating is a high-gloss finish visually comparable to electroplated chrome coatings.
- Significantly more resistant to scratches and flaking
- The process is more environmentally friendly and offers outstanding corrosion resistance
- Costs are considerably lower
