Accessories / Special Features

- The machine is equipped with a modern CNC control system developed by the manufacturer.
Allows input of all relevant process and workpiece data, enabling fast and straightforward set-up for different workpiece sizes (changeover time).
All process parameters are graphically displayed on the monitor, providing the user with an optimized process cycle.
- Built-in (workpiece) center rolling device for shaft-shaped workpieces (such as gear shafts) with center holes, including a clamping device, prismatic pre-holders for positioning the workpiece before clamping, and a motorized (driven) tailstock center at the workpiece front.
The stroke of the workpiece slide is approx. 500 mm—so the workpiece is clamped and moves hydraulically between the two rolling tools.
- Cooling unit for hydraulic oil, separate electrical cabinet, CNC operating panel, etc.
