The minimum order quantity is 8 stations, with a price per station of €4,000. The stations are new.

The line consists of stations for profiling shafts with a 50 mm diameter and an 8 mm keyway. Material feed thickness ranges from 0.4–2.5 mm, with a strip width of 320 mm. There are 8 stations per table and a 15 kW motor with reduction gearbox.

Four sets of stations are mounted on solid steel baseplates measuring 45 x 700 x 1500 mm. This allows for the exchange of rollers, which can be equipped with various replacement modules for the finished profiling station segments.

This configuration includes two table segments with 8 stations each, resulting in a total of 16 profiling stations. The specified price applies per set of stations on a particular table.

These tables can be configured and assembled according to the required profile design (e.g., 8, 16, 24, or 32 stations).

The table is equipped with a strip guide, a Turkish cage, a straightening head, as well as a profile output device positioned before the guillotine cutter, a flying saw, or a fixed take-up device.

We offer various configuration options for such solutions on these tables. By changing the shafts, we can achieve a maximum entry width of 550 mm.
