We manufacture mobile impact crushers for primary, primary-secondary, or tertiary crushing. Mounted on a trailer, equipped with a hopper, conveyor belt, and grizzly feeder to separate clay and soil from the stone.

Combinations of crushers and screens are also available, with screening units featuring two, three, or four decks. The final products are base layers ("tampons") in sizes of 0-30 mm, 0-60 mm, or 0-100 mm, or asphalt construction fractions: 0/4, 4/8, 8/11, 11/16, 8/16, 16/22, 16/32 mm.

The plant is designed for processing soft and medium-hard rock.

Advancements in technology mean that today, impact crushers can operate even in demanding working conditions. On tertiary impact crushers in challenging tasks, the impact hammers can pre-crush up to 40,000 m³ of gravel or volcanic rock.

The plant is powered either via cable from a transformer station or by a generator. The configuration and size of the plant are customized according to project requirements.
