We are offering this used PIA Automation production line for surgical disposable masks, manufactured in 2020. The line operated for only 2.5 years in single-shift operation and can be described as being in "very good" condition. The production line is additionally equipped with a connected compressed air supply as well as a packaging and shrink-wrapping unit. The buyer will also receive raw materials sufficient for the production of approximately 300,000 surgical disposable masks.

Concept:
The line consists of a total of three units, which are interconnected by conveyor sections. In the first segment, individual consumables are fed via rollers, folded, the nose strip is integrated, welded, and then cut to the correct length. The finished, cut masks are transported via an indexing conveyor and other transfer belts to the subsequent units, which are set up in parallel. There, the ear loops are fed and welded to the main mask body.
