Pharmix HHR 1200

Used double-cone vacuum dryer manufactured by Pharmix (CZ), model HHR1200. Product-contact parts are made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 316L). The total chamber capacity is approximately 1200 liters. The drying chamber is designed to operate at pressures from -1 to 0 bar and temperatures up to 60°C. The chamber is covered with an external heating jacket made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The jacket has a capacity of 260 liters and is rated for pressures up to 3 bar at temperatures up to 70°C. The chamber is equipped with an internal vacuum extraction pipe made of stainless steel. The feed is fitted with a bolted cover, while the bottom discharge features a manually operated valve. Driven via gearbox by a 2.2 kW electric motor, 1420 rpm, 400 V, 50 Hz. Drum operating speed up to 2.2 rpm. The gearbox is explosion-proof: Ex II 2D c up to 125°C, motor: II2 D Ex tD A21 T 120°C. The chamber is mounted on a carbon steel support frame. Overall dimensions at the installation site: L 4015 mm x W 3975 mm x H 3300 mm (including stairs) x weight 3430 kg. The machine is currently disassembled. Photos were taken at the original installation site.
