Our skyLaser Mark systems are used precisely where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. Thanks to the fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, even the most intricate structures can be produced in almost any material. Unlike traditional milling methods, our laser operates contact-free, force-free, and with zero tool wear. Benefit from geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. This technology is suitable for any material hardness. The flexible and mobile worktable, customizable to your needs, increases the system’s versatility. Easily integrate the machine into your production line, or run it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark systems deliver highly precise and permanent markings (laser engravings), ideal for metal and select organic materials.
A wide variety of fonts can be used, making it easy to apply barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and graphics. Its exceptional resolution meets virtually all marking requirements, including the production of embossing dies, engravings, inscriptions, and complex, fine structures. The user-friendly software makes even the most complex marking tasks simple to set up on the included industrial PC. Precise positioning is effortless, supported by the optional observation camera for process monitoring and software-assisted part alignment.
With very few wear parts and virtually maintenance-free IPG laser technology, this system is especially well-suited to industrial applications and continuous operation.
