skyLaser Mark Laser Engraver – 2D (3D optional) Fiber Laser Engraver/Marker is the complete solution for your complex laser engraving applications.
Attention: Compare the installed components in the offered laser machines: Scanlab® scanners, IPG Photonics® lasers, Parker® axes, Schneider Electric® motors, Scanlab® controllers, German software and cables – all components are exclusively of German manufacture! The laser systems are 100% custom-built to client specifications at our facility in Plauen!

Our skyLaser Mark systems are used exactly where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. Using the fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, even the finest structures can be realized on almost any material. Unlike traditional milling methods, the laser operates contact-free, without forces, and with no tool wear. Benefits for your application include geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. This type of processing can be applied regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. The ergonomically adjustable and mobile workstation further increases system flexibility. The system can be easily integrated into your production line or operated as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark provides extremely precise and durable markings (laser engravings) and is especially suitable for metallic and selected organic materials.
A wide range of fonts can be used, as well as barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images can be easily applied. Thanks to the excellent resolution, nearly all marking requirements can be fulfilled. Whether for manufacturing embossing stamps, engravings, markings or complex fine structures, the software is extremely user-friendly. Even very complex and demanding marking tasks can be intuitively created on the included industrial PC. Precise positioning is effortlessly achieved thanks to the optional process monitoring camera and software-assisted workpiece alignment.
As the system has virtually no wear parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, is almost maintenance-free, it is especially suited for industrial and continuous operation.
