MAG 1 Peroni Ruggero is a modern, semi-automatic machine designed for manufacturers of premium packaging, magnetic boxes, and luxury cardboard covers. The device combines several operations in a single working cycle, significantly increasing production efficiency and ensuring the highest precision of workmanship.

The machine mills recesses in solid board, automatically applies hot-melt adhesive, and inserts magnets or metal plates in pre-prepared positions. This ensures the entire process is fast, repeatable, and requires minimal operator involvement.

Material is loaded manually, while all key production stages are carried out automatically. An advanced positioning system guarantees precise placement of components, resulting in high-quality finished products and aesthetically refined packaging.

MAG 1 allows the application of 1 to 6 magnets or metal plates on one side of the cover in a single work cycle, providing great production flexibility and the ability to execute a wide range of projects.

The machine has seen very limited use and is in excellent technical and visual condition, ready for immediate deployment in a production facility.
