The operator places the box on the paper sheet, and a mechanical centering system supported by sensors and drives precisely positions all elements before further processing. The materials are then automatically transported to the wrapping module, where the entire process is fully automatic. Finished products are collected by a Pick & Place system and transferred to the outfeed section.

An additional advantage is the quick die change system, which minimizes production downtime. Dies tailored to specific box sizes can be made of wood and mounted within just a few minutes.
