Body: PAVIC 3-way tipping body with aluminum side walls and pneumatic side and rear wall opening. Substructure made of solid welded steel construction, two longitudinal members with cross members to accommodate the 5 mm thick tipper profile and the 4 mm Hardox or Naxtra base plate.

A 1,000 mm high fixed steel bulkhead with two round eyelets in the inner area, halfway out at the top. Fixed corner stanchions with bottom locks. The rear and side walls (one-piece over the entire length) are made of hollow aluminum profiles. The side walls are foldable and swing with a side wall lifting aid. The tailgate is also foldable and swing-mounted, with central locking in the tipper profile. 4 mm thick Hardox or Naxtra floor plate, neatly welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal and cross members. The press beam and tipping boom are embedded in the longitudinal members and reinforced accordingly. Lashing eyes (4 per side) are located on the outside of the tipper floor, distributed along the length. The subframe is galvanized!
