Cost-effective and reliable, our refurbished SIMA 220 from PALAMIDES collects, counts, sorts, inspects, and packs your bulk mailings. At speeds of up to 28,000 pieces per hour, mail items are transferred directly from an upstream inserting or addressing machine and are automatically and post-compliantly deposited into mail trays. The mail trays are automatically fed from a magazine, which can be preloaded with approximately 10 trays.

The integrated belt turner ensures mail items from different upstream machines can be accepted and deposited post-compliantly into mail trays.

Only the good ones pass through
Additionally, the SIMA 220 inspects each individual mail item for correct format and purposefully diverts non-compliant items. This ensures that no misenvelopments or similar errors enter the mail stream.
