Otinus laser welding machines are supplied with a set of nozzles and protective glasses. This makes the machine exceptionally versatile and helps save money, as it eliminates the need to purchase a handheld plasma cutter or an additional device for rust and paint removal.
Operation
Thanks to the revolutionary welding system, any user can achieve excellent results after a brief training session. The cable allows the welder to work freely in multiple positions without moving the machine. The small heat-affected zone prevents excessive deformation. Welds are created quickly and efficiently, ensuring a correct and robust weld seam.

Design
The torch cable provides excellent freedom of movement, making welding in different positions much easier. The integrated controller, with its large, clear display, is intuitive to operate. The unit is equipped with a powerful cooling system, allowing use under demanding three-shift operation conditions.
Operating Principle
The laser welding machine melts the welding wire and the edges of the workpieces to be joined using laser heat. The focused beam is directed at the welding wire—fed through the wire feeder—and onto the joint area. When the trigger is pressed, the welding torch must be moved along the weld line in sync with the wire feed speed. A constant operating temperature for both the laser source and the torch is maintained by a water-cooling system. The beam output and cooling are managed by a controller, which regulates values according to user-defined parameters.
