Machine designed for the insertion of plastic thermal strips into the grooves of aluminium profiles.
The feeding system consists of four motor-driven rollers, preventing strip jamming during the insertion phase.

The AS 242 L thermal break profile bar insertion device is engineered for the efficient insertion of plastic strips into aluminium thermal break profiles, ensuring smooth flow, precise alignment, and reduced cycle times.
