The NuAire NU-8700 CO₂ Double Chamber Incubator features two precisely temperature-controlled chambers with HEPA filtration, ideal for the optimal storage of embryos, gametes, and animal tissue. A microprocessor-based control system independently monitors and regulates the temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels in each chamber. The large water jacket serves as an excellent thermal buffer, allowing for highly precise temperature control of +/- 0.2 °C at 37 °C. The chamber temperature ranges from 5 °C above ambient up to 55 °C. CO₂ can be injected and maintained between 0 and 20%. Humidity is monitored by a solid-state capacitance sensor and displayed between 10% and 95%. Humidity control is achieved by evaporation from a water reservoir in the Autoflow chamber.
