Description of the machine: High-performance planetary grinding machine designed for final surface finishing (grinding, satin finishing, and polishing) of round and oval profiles. The ML 100 3Z model is equipped with three independent grinding units, enabling the desired surface roughness to be achieved in a single pass.

Main advantages:

- Planetary system: The abrasive belts rotate around the tube while the material itself does not rotate. This allows for the safe processing of extremely long or slightly bent tubes.

- High efficiency (3Z): Thanks to three stations, you can combine various grit grades (e.g., from coarse grinding to fine finishing) without the need to change belts between operations.

- Versatility: Ideal for stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other metals up to approx. 114 mm in diameter.

- Surface quality: Guarantees a perfectly uniform finish around the entire circumference without visible seams.

The machine is in good technical condition, test operation possible upon agreement.

The grinder is ideal for processing straight round or oval tubes. The machine features an orbital system that ensures multipurpose use. Workpiece feed and belt opening are automatic.
