The FG170 Z is equipped with one abrasive belt head (Z).

The FG170 ZK combines an abrasive belt head (Z) with a brushing unit (K).

Possible combinations include:
FG170 2Z = 2 abrasive belt heads or
FG170 2ZK = 2 abrasive belt heads + 1 brush head; other configurations can be selected according to customer specifications.

Abrasive Belt Head:
For reworking surfaces during the grinding of square tubes and flat profile components – removes coarse imperfections and burrs.

Brush Head:
Final finishing after grinding – provides the surface with a smooth and uniform finish.

The FG170 ensures high-quality, consistent processing results for stainless steel square tubes and flat profiles – tube by tube.

Abrasive Belt Change:
Abrasive belts can be changed within seconds without the need for tools.

Fixed Working Height:
FG machines feature a fixed working height. Adjustments for different material thicknesses are made via vertical feed of the stations, eliminating the need to adjust the roller conveyor during loading.
