The first station processes the products by means of a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore) with an abrasive belt, removing heavy burrs in the initial step. The second station processes the products with two counter-rotating cross belts from both below and above. The cross belts round the edges of the workpieces on both inner and outer sides. A major advantage is the deburring of products with protective surface film, as only the edges are processed without damaging the film.
