Operating principle:
The automatic core cutter enables you to cut your cardboard cores while the operator can attend to other tasks. The HMI panel is used to enter the required core lengths, core dimensions, and the respective batch quantities. After loading the magazine with 2 m cores and pressing the start button, the machine processes the job independently without operator intervention or supervision.
As a result, you can significantly reduce the number of different core sizes in stock, saving storage space and reducing costs.
Our automatic core cutter is equipped with a Bosch Rexroth 4-axis servo drive. It offers an economical solution suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.
We can also meet your specific software requirements. Production orders can be entered via USB stick or manually through the HMI panel. Orders can be saved and repeated as needed.

For optimal service, the machine is equipped with an Ethernet port for diagnostics and rapid troubleshooting.
The machine comes with a set of core adapters; additional adapter sizes are available on request. For core diameter changes, the relevant parameters must be set by the operator.
