Musterfirma DLP 1700 HV

Būklė: naujas, Pressure 8.5 kN Stroke 40 mm Throat depth 95 mm Working height from/to 95 - 240 mm Table size 160 x 110 mm Spindle diameter 25 mm Machine weight approx. 27 kg Dimensions (L x W x H) 160 x 230 mm Direct-acting pneumatic presses deliver full pressing force across the entire stroke length. They are primarily used when long-stroke parts need to be processed with constant force. Convincing technology • Long and precise spindle guide for maximum dimensional accuracy • Hardened and ground piston rod for virtually unlimited service life • Double-acting cylinders with end-of-stroke cushioning on both sides • Double guide rings in the piston for smooth and steady operation • Oil-resistant sealing elements Special features of the PND series • Spindle secured against twisting • Spindle return on the PND 85/S only via one cylinder chamber—resulting in additional air savings • Working height fine adjustment is straightforward, fast, and precise in 2 steps: Hodofv Awaspfx Am Tjnu – Basic setting by simply loosening the clamping screws on the stand – Precision fine adjustment via the stroke limit ring on the piston rod Additional advantage: Faster cycle time and air savings
