Suitable for round or square bales.
Includes frequency converter (FU) – this controls the speed of the drag floor.

Bales are placed on the drag floor and the cutter head’s feed is activated. The tines on the cutter head tear the straw from the bale and throw it into the hopper. Ideally, a combination of bale breaker and straw shredder is recommended here.

Description:
The muetek bale breaker was developed for loosening round and square bales of hay and straw. The shredder attached to the bale breaker processes straw from all types of grain, hay, corn, and miscanthus. muetek machines of the MHZ/MHB series are characterized by a robust design and a heavy-duty construction.

muetek bale breakers of the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor on which the straw bale is placed using a front loader. The support can be adjusted according to the type of bale.

The chain conveyor feeds the bale against the milling rotor; the feed speed is adjustable. The milling rotor is equipped with several teeth that tear apart the straw bale. The separated straw is discharged.

The processing of hemp is only possible with a special dissolver. Extra cost approx. €9,720 net, depending on version.

The shredder cannot process hemp with the straw mill.

Requirements for the input material:
