Suitable for round or square bales.
Includes frequency inverter (FU) – this controls the speed of the moving floor.

The bales are placed on the moving floor and the cutter feed is engaged. The cutter tines tear the straw from the bale and throw it into the hopper. Ideally, the combination of bale breaker and straw crusher is recommended here.

Description:
muetek bale breaker was developed for opening round and square bales of hay and straw. The crusher flanged to the bale breaker processes straw from all types of cereal, hay, maize, and miscanthus. The muetek machines of the MHZ/MHB series are characterized by their robust design and heavy-duty construction.

muetek bale breakers of the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor on which the straw bale is placed using a front loader. The position can be adjusted depending on the type of bale.

The chain conveyor pushes the bale against the milling rotor, with adjustable feed rate. The milling rotor is equipped with several teeth that tear open the straw bales. The separated straw is discharged.
