The NZ2000 T3Y2 is equipped with 2 spindles and 3 turrets. Two turrets feature Y-axis functionality with integrated milling motors, enabling simultaneous machining with three turrets. High-performance and high-speed machining is possible with up to 48 driven tools.

For automatic loading, a Lehmann robot is used with infeed and outfeed conveyors for shaft parts.

The machine has been maintained by our in-house maintenance department and by Mori Seiki.
