The Moore jig grinding machine is equipped with grinding heads driven by an air turbine. There are 4 grinding heads available. Pneumatically-hydraulically controlled up-and-down stroking movement, continuously adjustable via valve, 2-120 strokes at 51 mm stroke, direct reading of the measuring spindles with vernier, 0.001 mm. Profile grinding, taper grinding, slot grinding, eccentric adjustment of the grinding spindle. Machine body made of Meehanite cast iron, heavily ribbed inside, cross slide fully supported—no table overhang, heating in the main spindle housing.
