Used, well-maintained transfer machine / rotary indexing machine / dial machine MIKRON MULTISTAR CX 24

Availability: immediately

The following modifications have been carried out on the system:

Machine:
o All motor cables replaced.
o All sensor cables replaced.
o PLC program adapted to enable activation/deactivation of collets.
o Retrofitted with Knoll coolant system.
o Wiring diagram manually revised.
o Frequency converter replaced.
o Part selector mounted on the machine, including oil pump for oil recirculation.

Saw:
o Saw control system converted to Mitsubishi i-QR control.

o Complete electrical system of the saw renewed.
o Saw was completely mechanically overhauled.

Accessories:
o 1 x loading station (brass D= 3.9mm)
o 1 x unloading station
1 x part selector (8-position, see picture)
o 1 x lateral drilling unit
1 x rotating straightening device (completely re-bushed, October 2023)
o 1 x feeder/saw unit (control and inverter overhauled in 2021)
o 1 x pneumatic loading (via feed tube)
o 1 x chip conveyor with dirty water pump (without chip trolley)
o 1 x KNOLL coolant system (2,000 liters) with drum screen filter, flushing pump and vacuum pump, incl. low-pressure pump (5 bar) and high-pressure pump (60 bar)

Machine operated with cutting oil.
